We are instructed to sell the rear element of 185 Waldegrave Road, Teddington.
In
order to facilitate the sale of the rear element of 185 our client
proposes to sell the Freehold. There are two apartments in the building
to the front of the land at 185, sold off on long leases. The ingoing
purchaser will benefit from the Ground Rent income generated by these
