This
apartment has been a wonderful investment. I originally bought it
because it has so many facilities surrounding it and as a new build
property, lower maintenance issues.
I now realise how spoilt I
was. To get to City Airport or Stanstead Airport was a swift journey
along either the A13 or A406 leading onto the M11. To get the weekly
shop is a 5-10 minute walk away and to go into the City I found that the
DLR, road network and bus services are all on the doorstep. Wonderful
when lifestyle is so hectic.
