Shared Ownership 
Shared Ownership is designed to help those who want to buy a home of their own, but who cannot afford the cost of buying outright. At Nordic Quarter you can buy a share of between 40% and 75% of your home initially, paying a subsidised rent on the remaining percentage. Following your initial purchase, you can buy more of your home or even buy it outright, although you do not have to buy more if you don't want to. The more you own, the less rent you pay. Once you have bought your new home, you are free to sell it when you choose. At all times, a service charge will be payable to cover the cost of communal maintenance, gardening and includes buildings insurance.
