The site is strategically located in a key waterfront position within the Nine Elms Opportunity Area- the last major regeneration zone in Central London which spans 195 hectares and is set to become a uniquely modern district. This area is intended to provide new jobs, new homes with access by new public transport facilities. There will also be new schools, health centres and community facilities and an 11 acre linear park linking Vauxhall to Battersea Power Station. Nine elms will also be the site of the relocated us Embassy- estimated 800 staff and 1,100 visitors each day.
Contract assignment. Payment schedule (subject to adjustments agreed between lawyers, all payments made via buyers lawyers) at an offer of £850,000:

- payment on assignment £327,500
- payment at completion £520,000
