Umbrella Guardians are pleased to offer spaces in a commercial office building.The property offers large living spaces a communal kitchen and dining area, 2 wc's and shower-room and a small outside space.
All rooms can be furnished (if required) and white goods will be supplied in a shared kitchen.
For all rooms we require a security deposit of £500 refundable at the end of the licence, and there is an administration fee of £150 including referencing.
