“I have lived here for 10 years and as soon as I walked in the front door I could see potential. Being semi-detached and having a garage down the side I knew I could extend the house, giving me 2 extra reception rooms, pushing the kitchen to the rear in which it is now the centre piece of the home. To the upstairs I also added a bedroom to the first floor and added a loft bedroom. The garage is still there but you cant use it for a car, great storage though! I paved the garden as it provides space for my chickens and rabbits to run free, and planted a grape vine which this year alone gave me 30 kg of grapes!
