The boat was built circa 2006, with double bed (two berth) and plenty of storage capacity underneath and fitted wardrobe. The shower room is well fitted with stand-alone stone basin, tiled and glazed shower and wc. The kitchen is well-equipped with oven, dishwasher, and washing machine. Good storage cupboards and plenty of work surfaces. There is a ‘Morso’ stove/heater and radiators.

The secure and private mooring is accessed via security key only and very close to central Islington and a short walk to Old Street. The mooring offers a wonderful boardwalk with benches and tables and good social area in addition to the electricity and broadband connections. A large secure lock up/cage is found next to the bridge for bike storage. A large social area for Alfresco dining is next to the main entrance walkway and Canal. Mooring fee costs £630 per month. Transfer of the mooring will be subject to suitable references. Resident caretaker.
