I bought this home approximately 4 years ago and chose it primarily because of its size and location. The location is excellent as I travel into London for work, and it takes me no time to get to Romford station.

I looked at lots of other flats in and around Romford, but chose this over the others because of the room sizes and the spacious feel it had. I really liked the fact that I could access Romford Town Centre with its bars and restaurants, but not be so close to be disturbed by noise.

I've loved my time living here and have now decided to move to a home with a garden.
