This has been an excellent family home both in terms of the house and the location. The local schools here are very good and we feel our sons have all really benefited from living in this location. Our boys are growing up now and there is a handy bus stop just along from the house so they can get around without always relying on us.

There is also plenty of room to extend here and it has even been said to us by a council officer that "it is the ideal plot should we, or the new owners, want to create more space in the future." We have never actually dropped the curb but we sometimes use the large space at the side to store our car.
