Property description
This
beautiful three bedroom home would be great for any discerning buyers.
The current owners have lavished time creating a wonderful adaptable
space, so there really is no need to lift a finger! The bright and airy
feel to all the rooms helps maintain the character of this superb house!
When
friends and family pop over, the lounge and dining areas are the ideal
rooms to 'wow' them with. The excellent space is great for entertaining.
When the weather allows, why not spill out into the generously
proportioned, southerly aspect garden, which is accessed via the
beautiful kitchen for a little dining 'alfresco'.
With a
phenomenal bathroom and a cloakroom there will be no more arguments in
the morning! Although with the bathroom being a little sanctuary of calm
you may be later than usual - just purely because you don't want to
leave!
This house just has every convenience you could possibly
need, with the icing on the cake being parking on the driveway to the
front of the property – a real bonus for the centre of Cheam.
Lastly,
to top things off, situated just around the corner are the local shops,
as well as a wide variety of restaurants and bars and the train station
is not far away.
So, to find out just how stunning this property really is, come and see for yourself! Don't miss out, book a viewing today!
What the Owner says:
When
we bought this house it needed total renovation. It has been a labour
of love in getting the property to the condition that it is now and we
have really enjoyed living here.
We really liked the location, it
is just so convenient and peaceful, and in close proximity to the High
Street and fantastic transport links which has made our lives so much
easier.
It will be sad to leave but we are the sort of people
that need a constant project on the go. So much love has been poured
into the house, we know that we are handing over a brilliant home to the
new owners.
