Ratio at Slade Green lies 15 miles to the east of London, just inside the M25, offering excellent connections for both work and leisure time. With a selection of apartments, town houses and homes, Ratio offers something for everyone to enjoy.

There is a choice of sports centres close to the development, including Becket Sports Centre, Crayside Leisure Centre and Fairfield Pool. You also have a wide selection of local golf courses to choose from, including Dartford, Birchwood, Barnehurst and Bexleyheath.
There is a choice of three cinemas all within 4 miles, along with three popular local theatres and the Mick Jagger Centre music venue. There is also a good selection of welcoming local pubs and restaurants. The major shows and concerts of the 02 Arena are also easy to get to, as is London’s famous West End.

The capital has plenty to keep all the family amused, from world class museums and galleries to the famous London Dungeons. Closer to home, the Thames Barrier makes a fascinating day out, plus there are a number of local parks and open spaces.
Brands Hatch raceway offers an adrenaline fuelled day, with regular race meeting on two and four wheels.

Local Co-Op and Morrisons stores lie within easy reach of Ratio, with the Orchard Shopping Centre also close by. For a more extensive shopping trip you’ll be spoiled for choice, with the famous Lakeside, Westfield and Blue Water shopping centres all within a short driving distance. A shopping trip to the capital is also easily done in a day.

Ratio is conveniently served by Slade Green Station, just two minutes’ walk from the development, with connections to Charing Cross in just 49 minutes. The M25 is just a few minutes’ drive to the east, offering excellent connections around the South East and beyond. London City Airport is a mere 6 miles away, while the two major international airports of Gatwick and Heathrow are both around 35 miles away.

How to get there:

From the East: From the M25, take the A111 exit to Potters Bar. At the roundabout take the 5th exit onto the M25 ramp to Harlow/M11/M20. Merge onto the M25 then continue onto the A282. At junction 1A, take the A206 exit towards Swanscombe/Erith/Bluewater. At the roundabout take 1st exit onto the A206. At the 7th roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Howbury Lane which turns left and becomes Whitehall Lane. Turn right onto Bridge Road. At the 2nd roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Slade Green Road. The development is located on the right.

From the West: From the M25, exit at junction 4 towards Bromley/A21/Sevenoaks/Orpington/A224. At the roundabout take the 3rd exit onto the M25 ramp to the M20/M11/Dartford Crossing/Maidstone/M1. Continue straight onto the M25 then continue onto the A282. At junction 1A exit onto Bob Dunn Way/A206 towards Erith and continue to follow the A206. At the 6th roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Howbury Lane which turns left and becomes Whitehall Lane. Turn right onto Bridge Road. At the 2nd roundabout take the 2nd exit onto Slade Green Road. The development is located on the right.
