Property description
The
extended property in Joydens Wood is simply stunning. You will be
amazed with the sheer size of the accommodation. In fact, from the
front, you would never guess just how much space is on offer inside. It
is not just the size of the property which is so impressive, the
interior is beautifully presented and kept in immaculate condition by
its current owners.
One of the many highlights is the beautiful
kitchen. This fantastic room will surely be every chef's dream come
true. The huge open plan living room and separate dining area is another
superb feature. In the summer you can open up the by-folding doors and
really make the most of the outlook over the garden and woodland.
The
accommodation is very versatile. Currently, one of the bedrooms is used
as a study, however, you can choose to use the rooms how you want,
depending on your family's needs.
The location is very peaceful
and it is within walking distance of the sought after Joydens Wood
Primary School. The grammar schools in Dartford and Wilmington are also
within a short distance.
Bluewater Shopping Centre, Ebbsfleet
International Station and Darenth Valley Hospital are all easily
accessible. There are some local shops nearby and it is also just a
short drive away from the A2/M2. This property is also available with no
chain.
What the Owner says:
We couldn't believe how much
space there was inside this property. It was far larger than anything
else we viewed and we knew instantly it was the place for us.
All of
the rooms are large and, in particular, we fell in love with the kitchen
and the living room. The garden was another reason why we chose it. It
is a great size and it enjoys lots of sunshine and backs on to the
woodlands so is very private and ideal if you enjoy going out walking or
exercising.
The location is also superb, for several reasons.
Firstly, it is lovely and quiet and at the same time it is also really
convenient for lots of amenities. It is easy to make use of the
motorways and it is only a short drive in to Bexley or Dartford.
