Property description
If
you want to live in the countryside, but still need to be really well
connected to lots of useful amenities, this house in South Darenth is
well worth a closer look.
You can choose your evening’s
entertainment from a choice of three local pubs. Why not take part in
the pub quiz at The Bridges, or sample some real ales at The Queen? If
you fancy a bit of a walk though you can take a leisurely stroll
upstream to the Fighting Cocks. Here you can enjoy good quality food and
a very pleasant location.
If you enjoy nice views then you will
love the upstairs lounge; being on the first floor means you can enjoy
fantastic views over the fields behind.
Imagine being able to
drive home from work at the end of the day and being able to park
straight outside your home. The drive way here is plenty big enough for
at least 4/5 cars, plus you have the added benefit of the garage to the
side. A fantastic addition if you have your own pride and joy, classic
car!
One of the great things about this property is that you can
move straight in. There is very little for any prospective buyers to do.
So whether you’re a first time buyer or simply looking to move to a
more rural setting all you’ll have to worry about on moving day is how
to arrange the furniture.
What the Owner says:
When I first
viewed the property it was the area and the layout that suited me. I had
a friend living with me at the time and the fact that there’s 2
separate reception rooms was great as we could each have our own space.
It was one of the only houses I could find in my budget with off road
parking.
I’ve loved living in the village; you can enjoy a rural
setting but all the transport links and amenities are still pretty much
on your doorstep.
