Property description
If
you are looking for an immaculate new home in a quiet yet convenient
location, then this house at Sutton at Hone could well be worth a closer
look. The house has 2 good sized bedrooms and feels spacious
throughout; plus the owners have recently updated the whole property, so
it has the feel of somewhere brand new but with the added advantage of
having larger rooms and a good sized garden.
The current owners
have spared no expense here and you will be thrilled with the quality of
the materials used and the standard of finish. The kitchen is a real
show stopper and it is sure to be a hit when your friends and family
come over to visit.
The house also has an extra advantage in
terms of its position. It is tucked away in a cul de sac, and at the
back it has a wonderful outlook across the countryside. There is even a
horse paddock and some stables at the back which gives it a unique extra
benefit that you just won't find elsewhere.
The position is also
ideal if you need easy access to amenities. Sutton at Hone Primary
School is a short walk away and you can also easily make use of
Farningham Road railway station. Bluewater, Darent Valley Hospital and
access to the motorways are all also on the doorstep, giving you peace
and quiet and convenience in equal measures.
What the Owner says:
This house has been in our family for over 20 years and as such we know its history and what a lovely place it has been to live.
The location in the cul de sac is very peaceful and the outlook at the back, over the paddock, is a really nice added bonus.
In
recent times we have literally gutted the house and renovated it from
top to bottom. The kitchen is now really modern and we have opened it up
into the dining room. We also moved the back door to create more
surface space in the kitchen and added French doors in the dining room
which now lead out to the new patio.
The new fencing finishes the garden off nicely and it is a great place to sit and enjoy the sunshine in the summertime.
